The Australian-German Start-up Summit will be a unique forum to facilitate the exchange of experiences and the identification of synergies and mutually beneficial relationships between the providers of start-up hubs. The Summit will raise the awareness for the activities, business and operating models, focus areas, but also the issues and unexplored opportunities of Australian and German start-up hubs.
Located at the impressive facilities of the Capital in downtown Brisbane, the event will have a strong focus on identifying a dedicated set of actions to ensure actual progress and closer collaborations among the relevant communities in Germany and Australia.
The day will include a number of presentations and three panels discussions comparing Australian and German Start-up Hub models, exploring the view of investors on Start-up Hubs and discussing the role of corporations and universities in such Start-up Hubs.
The Start-up Hub Summit aligns well with the 2017 Asia-Pacific Regional Conference in Perth, which will finish on 5 November.
We expect more than 100 attendees at this Summit and the expected audience will consist of
- Providers of start-up hubs
- Members of the extended innovation ecosystem
- Innovation directors
